Online purchases must be returned within 60 days and must be new and unused.

Here’s how to submit returns:

1. Send an email to sales@bambutique.com.

2. Indicate the item you are returning and the reason for the return. Indicate if a replacement item is desired.

3. Include your name, address and online purchase confirmation number.

4. Mail the return item to:

Once we received the acceptable returned item we will mail a refund check or replacement item to the address indicated on your email. Acceptability of the returned item and any refund or replacement item is solely at our discretion. Please allow 10 business days for processing.

The cost of the return shipping will not be included in your refund or replacement item. If the return is a result of our error we will credit up to $3 per item for return shipping cost.

Discounts and Promotions: The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount.
